- Food Counter Attendant
- Maintenance Labourer
We do NOT have approved LMIAs but offer alternative pathways to obtain a work permit. In order to use these pathways, certain criteria is REQUIRED.
PATHWAY #1:
- Have at minimum a 1-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate, preferably in Hospitality or a related field
- Have recent work experience in the Hospitality industry for 2 years or more
- Permanently settle in Manitoba
- Have an ILETS or CLB score of 5 overall or be willing to complete an English test within 30 days
Optional / Preferred: Have previously visited Russell, MB and/or have connections in Manitoba
PATHWAY #2:
- Have at minimum a 1-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate, preferably in Hospitality or a related field
- Have recent work experience in the Hospitality industry for 2 years or more
- Be able to speak French
