Sleep & Ski Packages FAQ
A: The absolute BEST deal is a Sleep & Ski package. If you break down the separate costs of room + lift + food vouchers, you will see it pays to book the package!
A: Our most popular Sleep and Ski package includes your room, food vouchers and (2) adult lift tickets. If you don’t want food vouchers, you can book the “Lift Only” package.
A: Package rates quoted on our website are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT.
A: Extra tickets can be purchased on Asessippi’s website in advance https://www.asessippi.com/tickets/ticketTypes.php or in-person at the Resort on your ski day.
A: Yes you can; as the value of an Adult lift pass is more than that of a Child’s lift pass. However, it can only be used for lifts and is not transferable to anything else.
A: Rentals are NOT included, but you are encouraged to book these in advance with Asessippi! Visit their website to book online https://www.asessippi.com/tickets/ticketTypes.php
A: Lessons are NOT included, but you are encouraged to book these in advance with Asessippi! At this time, they cannot be booked online, but you can view the options available https://asessippi.com/snow-school-lessons/ and then contact the Resort directly.
A: We are sorry, at this time, we cannot sell these services from the Russell Inn.
A: Because it is so very busy on the weekends with most of our guests requesting 2-night stays, this is how we accommodate the majority of our guests.
A: No problem! Friday night only or Sunday night only options are available during ski season. If wanting to book a Saturday a 2-night booking is required. (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun)
A: The Russell Inn will do its best to contact you as soon as we learn of the closure. We will provide options to rebook your stay or we can refund your deposit.
A: If you return your unused lift tickets to the front desk, we revert your room to regular rate and will credit you for your lift tickets, if they are unusable due to a full-day closure.
A: We will work with you to find a solution for re-booking or refund your deposit as per MB Highway closures posted on Manitoba 511.
A: It is best to provide us with a cell number at the time of your reservation, as our Agents will attempt to contact you as soon as we learn of the closure. If you’re already on the road and you want to cancel, we will process the cancellation with no penalty to you (refund of your deposit).
A: These properties are both owned by The Russell Inn, however, their offerings vary. We encourage you to visit their website links to see specifically what the amenity differences are. Ski package rates also vary by location.
A: Please understand that in order for guests to enjoy their 11 am check-out, and the time it takes us to clean the room, that we must maintain a 4 pm check-in time so it’s fair for all of our guests. Please stop at the Russell Inn on your way to Asessippi and pick up your lift tickets from your ski package, and then check into your room later.
